can someone shutdown for me the egr

i don''t know how winols works and don''t want to touch that now because it giving me a lot of error on my computer. I think my computer is not ok i will solve that problem and try with you all to learn how to do it myself.

I hope you guys can do it for me to shut off the EGR

this website / forum is meant to be for helping each other to tune cars by yourself.
We do also contribute a lot, and any your contribution is very welcome.

in the meantime i am waiting for someone who can shutdown for me the EGR

i am looking at winols to try to shutdown the EGR Only for test not to upload in my ecu i only want to know how

1. Look the hex dump in 8bit Text mode. done
2. Set the number of columns to 10. done

only this step i cant find it i only see 2number like 00 see picture below

3. Look for: 001 001 000 000 001 000 001 000 001 048 string.
4. The first 001 is EGR Switch with/without (1/0).
5. The second 001 is Boost Control Switch with/without (1/0).

I know when doing a search theres a choice between hex and decimal too, make sure you are doing a decimal search

If that is the one do i need to change the first 001 in a 000

if i do that is then the EGR off

yes i will do it now .

change it to 000.

if i do that how do i save it to the bin file that i have open. Because it will save only as a project when i push save all or save

and the red is the last ok i am new here and still learning

do i need only to change the red circle in 000 and is then my EGR OFF

??
