Can someone help confirm how the gear torque limiter maps work on the project I am working on?

I have 1.9 edc16c39 damos which have very clear limiter maps but the software version maps are not the same for the version I am working on.

Are the numbers of the gear limiters at the on shown in the image? Are there also smaller limiters in front as well?
