I am newbie in ECU, learning this stuff just for satisfying myself and Im wondering what tool i need to use to
read and write old 021D ECU. All i know is that I have rewritable memories soldered in.
Can you recommend me any CHEAP programmer (USB if its possible) to successfully read and write data from this ECU?
