1995 540i /6 speed rev limit issues

Postby tank567 » Mon Jun 02, 2014 7:00 am

Hello all, im new to the tuning game with euro cars, (tuned mustangs and other fords for sometime) Im using tuner pro and the xdf file for the dme 404, I've adjusted some of the maps and have seen some gains on the dyno, however, the rev limit hits @ 6200rpm no matter what i change it to. I've read somewhere it maybe an issue with the cluster or could be an issue with the speed sensor in the diff. My question, is there a way to disable this in the dme using tuner pro or do I need to do something else to the dme to disable it?

Thank you!
