2004 Renault megane 1.5 dci has code df038

Hello everyone . I'm new to to this here forum and need help with this Renault Meagan 1.5 dci i have the clip plunged in and df038 code shows up . not being familiar with renault need to know how to resolve and fix this problem. all help will be GREAT FULLY Appreciated!!
