Hi Guys

I don't if I'm posting this in the right please, so please feel free to help me right?

I've recently bought a vehicle (1992 Toyota Surf) with another engine put in from a 1987 Toyota Mk3 Supra - 7MGE engine.
Long story short after lots of work done on it, the vehicle wouldn't idle correctly and had a bad "misfire".

So I decided to go through the wiring from the ECU to all destinations. 2 x major problems;
1. Inside the ECU one of the injector driver transistors blew.
2. This was probably caused by the high impedance injectors.

Anyway, I've attached a photo of the 3 x transistors (NEC D1590 K 08).

My question is what is the equivalent for these transistors as I can't seem to find any in South Africa. Some electronic shop gave me D560's, but if I look at the data sheets to compare, they do not seem the same. I do not know much about electronics, and thus don't want to take a chance to cause more damage.

Any help / pointers will be greatly appreciated.
