I am very new to the whole re-flash/re-map style tuning with OBD tools and software, that being said I'm interested in learning for 2 reasons... 1) I don't forsee manufacturers going backwards to Carbies anytime soon 2) I own a TDI vehicle and I want to do a little tweaking with the factory settings to get a bit of extra power and torque and get rid of harmful/annoying shit like the EGR and speed limiters etc. This is the first time I've had a vehicle that is run by an ECU that I actually want to keep and improve rather than just drive from home to work etc. I'll be happy to share anything I learn with other forum members as I go... My ride is a 2015 Isuzu Dmax LS-U Hi Ride 4X4 with the 4JJ1-TCX 3.0l Turbo FMIC Diesel running what I assume at this point (will check soon) is the Transtron ECU for those who may have the same vehicle and be interested in sharing info or just want to follow my progress to see what you could do with yours.
