hi all. whats the best tool for flashing this ecu? i have a kwp2000 which reads fine but will not flash. tried pulling the dash fuse and still wont work. vcds id's the ecu as 8E0907401N but on the ecu itself it says 8E0997401LX. any help would be much appreciated.

Hi, if the car is under 2000, it is a chip work, must desolder 2 chips and use some programmer.
