Aftermarket ECU

Postby shaunyash » Tue Feb 24, 2015 5:41 am

Hi there!

A complete novice here, but is there actually any aftermarket ECUs available for cars like Mercedes AMG that can replace the Bosch control units? I seem to have reached a dead end in this aspect. If possible, can anyone also enlighten me why is there no such ECUs, perhaps due to restrictions and limitations?

:D :D

Aftermarket ECUs are available for any car brand. The main thing that you need to do when buying aftermarket ECU is reading the spec of the ECU intended to be used and the engine spec of the car where the ECU will be used.
