Hello,

I have A3 with ASZ.
When I bought it i learned that the cold part of turbo was drilled and there is bigger rotor.
The car had standard bin, so it "don't drive" under 2500 RPM.
I logged it and the turbo don't has pressure under 2500 RPM, but above it has too big pressure- max 2600 mbar (requested 2350)

So I made some tuned bin- I started with 360nm and 170hp.
I flashed it, but I don't think the difference was big.
Logs shows the fuel increased to 61 like I want...

To make better power on low RPM I tried to add more fuel on low RPM to wake up the turbo- so I changed smoke limiter and torque limiter. Another think is increased too N75 duty cycle on low RPM.
It doesn't work...

Please, look at my tuned bin and give advice what i should to do.

First of all your original bin and tuned bin is not the same sw no??
Why increase torque between 500 and 1500 rpm?
Boost increase is is very little, if you get too much overboost, then you either have sticky vanes, or actuator is not properly adjusted.
Duration adjustments makes no sense, why adjust at 1 - 7mg of injection?
EGR: there is no point in adjusting your axis values if you are switching off EGR
SL, also makes no sense, and you request upto 73.25mg, altough you are limited by 60mg in the other maps.

Rather begin from scratch and dont do it like this again, not one map that looks good. And use your original file, because these 2 does not have the same sw no.

I used other bin to tune, because i prepared this before read this ECU :(

I made the new version of tuned file based on orginal bin :geek:

Changes:

[*]Target boost
changed last column to 65
increased values to 2480 in 65 column (1260-4494 RPM)

[*]Boost pressure limiter
increased values in rows 900-1100

[*]Driver wish
litle increased 3 last columns

[*]Torque limiter
increased rows 900,1000 (1250-4500 RPM)

[*]Start of incjection
Changed value of column 60 to 70

[*]Smoke limiter
changed value of last column to 1200 and increased values in this column
Litle Increased low rows (to wake up turbo)

[*]IQ by MAF
changed value of last column to 1200
increased values to 70

[*]Injection of duration
changed last row to 70 and increase values in this row

[*]N75 duty cycle
increased 780-2247 rows to wake up turbo (15+ columns)

[*]EGR
filled all to 850


Should I change last column in N75 duty cycle to 70??

Please let me now is it a good file now :angel:
