I have developed a map for my car, recently fitted a modified BV43 Turbo with larger billet compressor wheel and lightened turbine blades. The car still has stock injectors, it does have a straight through exhaust apart from a cat. No FMIC as of yet however this is a planned upgrade in the near future.
Below I have attached the original map and the one I have developed. I have done calculations for duration's and SOI. I have extended these to a maximum of 80mg IQ which I know is on the high side, however I am looking for serious power from my current setup and have managed to keep SOI Below 33 and EOI no higher than 10. Having read conflicting info from various webpages these figures seem to be on the limit of what is acceptable as far as I'm aware.

I have also loaded this map into the car and done a test run with logging with VCDS. I noticed it didn't seem to get into the highest SOI levels that it should have. I also noticed the turbo is boosting higher than requested at higher RPM and struggling to get upto speed on lower RPM. I also noticed requested IQ's stop at 70mg, however I believe this may be the diagnostic limit of VCDS.
Any advice to improvements or changes is welcome.
