I had made previous topic about some qustions for this car and ECU. i will post it here for a recapitulation:
i have bought just audi A4 b6 2.5 TDI AYM 2002year, but i swapped engine for BDG (camshafts were dead, also another parts were quite dead), ECU stays same for AYM, so i would like to get some horsepower, i just read a lot of topics here in forums, also in another forums about 2.5 VP44 tunning, main question is, that i would like not to exceed 50MG, so all the single limiters we will keep untouched, i just found that i only need to change torque limiters and maybe boost target for 50mg, because there is map for 42mg i think, i mean collum, so extrapolation of this collum with addition of torque limiters should be enought right? Cause in smoke map for 900airflow there is 50mg of IQ. so its around 17.5:1 AFR... it should be enought, so turbo map should stay same, only collum and extrapolation needed.
What do you think about this? I would like not to exceed 180-185HP. Btw there are 2 codeblocks, which one i mean first is for automatic tranny and second for manual, or is it opposite? - okay so first one is for manual.
next question: i could not find SVBL, is there SVBL? cause on some forums i think it was here, they mentioned, even if they did not change SVBL or found SVBL, there was not needed anything extra to reach requested boost... - SVBL location is: 51FEE / 71FEE
another quesiton: there are 3 TQlimiters, which one should i change, all of 3 of them? /end of quote/ - yes all need to be changed.
Now topic is that map, i have changed only torque limiter for 50mg, also boost request is 2340 mb in peak... so approx 1,05 increased from 1250 till 4000 also SVBL is set up correctly i hope. SMOKE map i think is enough for 1:18 AFR, also driver wish is fine. Could anyone please help me if this is okay? this set up? i mean if i (calculate boostrequest / smoke map) * IQ, im getting in high revs approx 1:19, but this is bad, so should i decrease turbo map into 2300 or 2250 mb?
BTW this 2.5 tdi they are a bit weak in lower spectrum of rpm... should i add some values in N75 map? to achieve nicer and smoother load of boost?
I think that 50 mg extrapolation is not right in my opinion, but i wiould like to wait for advice...
