i have audi a8 4.2l tdi here ( build of year 2010 ) EDC16CP34


1.) i have all two ecu read with bdm
2.) files identically programmed
3.) Checksumm made
4.) written in ecu


i have start the car - not run - 1 ECU DEAD

WHY ?? :cry: :cry: :cry:



can I use 3.0 tdi edc16cp34 ecu? If I data from the ecu original ecu bottle?

after what action did ECU die?
which programmer did you use?

if you have full bdm of bothe ecus than there is nothing to worry about.

I think ecu died when engine is started - not connect with vcds
i work with magpro bdm tool from magicmotorsport
i have full backup from ecu

Why died ecu?



can I use ECU from 3.0 tdi?

4.2l tdi EDC16cp34 - FLASH 2MB Am29BDD160G
3.0l tdi EDC16cp34 - FLASH 2MB M58BW016DB

Write both files with Galleto FGTech, and that will solve your problem.

i have not galetto fg tech, Why should the problem with this flasher be fixed?
