Audi S4 B5 2.7 Biturbo:
-all Pipes and Hoses changed to Steel+Silicon
-Performance Clutch
-Wagner Gen2 LLK
-tfsi ignition coils with new wire harness
-pipercross airfilter in Stock Housing
-3" Downpipes and a 2x60mm Exhaust by BN-Pipes
-Turbo etc still stock, will be changed next Year
We measured with the Stock LLK and CATALYTIC 200 CELL 343HP and 551NM
VW Passat 4M 1.9tdi PD AVF
-Stock downpipe without cat
-egr removed
-Darkside Front LLK
-PD elements with 20% Larger nozzles than the ARL
-BV43 Turbo of a 2.0L 170hp, reamed with a billet 39mm Compressor Wheel and a special bearing.
Tune is not done now i drive it only with 1,5 bar pressure to check, software will be done the next weeks of a friend.
But my goal is to get 230-250Hp and get a good car for daily driving,economical but with okay power
