Postby pattrick » Thu May 09, 2013 10:27 pm

I have a big problem...my audi tt 8n0 906 018 A ajq ecu was fried so i got a new one 8n0 906 018 Q...

NOW..i have lambda and n112 dtc's......i really need to remove the

17840 - Secondary Air Injection Solenoid Valve (N112): Open Circuit dtc

and the

17526 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heating: B1 S2: Open Circuit
17522 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor: B1 S2: Internal Resistance too High
....can someone share the map pack for 8n0 906 018 Q with ONLY those adresses...that i need to delete the dtc's...

thanks!!!....I Also uploaded the original map if someone can help me...

Surely you are not getting that information without paying for it.

pattrick - aren't those only dtc errors? could it be purely mechanical? Resistance to high on lambda could be that lambda itself is disconnected, and open circuit normally means loose cablings or jack connections? can you check phisicaly those items?
I state this on basis that if you want baypass lambda, a resistor of some value is inserted (depending on vehicle) in lambda connector.
Open circuit comment I usually see during diagnosis and it is what I said or in the worst case a defect to that part is expected, so it needs to be replaced.

I have just checked your error codes - you REALLY MUST check those parts and cables phisically and they have nothing to do with your ECU maps.
Lambda (O2) sensor cables burning is common problem with audi tt 1.8 due to proximity of exhaust and cables.

@exhaust thanks for your support ..unfortunatelly...my audi tt engine is with ONLY 1 lambda...before cat...:) and my new ecu 8n0906018Q is with 2 lambda ..one before and one after cat..so..the lambda must be coded out..the same goes for the secondary air injection sai 112 valve..that my engine doesn't have..:)

I NEED THE ADRESSES FOR MY ECU 8n0906018Q
..CDSLS ,CDLSV , CLASLVE , CLASLPE , CDTES , CDLDP , CLATEVE , CLALDPE , CLAHSH , CLAHSHE ,CDKAT , CDLASH , CDLATV , CDLSH , CDHSH , CDHSHE , ESKNONF , CWDLSAHK and CWKONABG ..

pattrick - coding can be done via VCDS (VAG-COM) or VAS in VW garage. It is quite quick job. I can recommend official dealer - CARMOTO in Rijeka to do that as you are closer to them.

BTW from which car/model/engine type is that new ECU?

@exhaust : 8n0906018A audi tt 1.8t ajq engine 180hp 8n0906018Q audi tt 1.8t auq engine 180hp

and i meant"coding"as in code out..remove function from the ecu..can't be done with vcds:(...
