Best Tools For ECU out?

What the best and easiest tools for tuning ecu's on the table, Alientech off the Ktag but then theres lot's of other spares you need as well, at cost obviously

I have Alientech and it's a great tool. But also depends on what brand of ECU you are doing.
But why not find best OBD tool for the car you need?
