BLOCKED peugeot 406 coupe 2,2 HDI ECU EDC15C2

HELLO need help. I read ecu, removed FAP and flashed it to ECU. Car started and i've drove few km. After when i turn it off it wont start. The MPPS says NO INFORMATION. The DELPHI diagnosis could not connect to it. What i should do? Also on dashboard sign wiht key in rectangular appears when i try to connet to ECU.

Files original and modded aded.
