Hi,

I have a e87 118d, with a problem (probably with boost or IQ) after 2nd remaping. I bought it already remapped.

Car has changed stock turbo to mitsubishi turbo ATL TR035 from 120d, and injectors (previous owner).
In stock it is not having a DPF, swirl flaps and throttle body, its 122HP version.

After 2nd remap (done by friend without dyno), I have checked it on the dyno and it was producing 190WHP/375WNM (measured on the wheelhubs).But on the plot there is a place where the performance drops and rises again. Tuner recomended to clean the Variable Geometry in turbocharger, which I did (it was ok, clean and working ok.)

Car is running good, but there is a problem at higher speeds, when I am reaching 180 (on 5th gear) or 200kph (on 6th gear) it losses power and slows down to 180kph, despite of pedal at 100%, first I was thinking maybe its a Vmax limitter, but when im accelerating slowly it is going further.

I have checked error codes (delphi 150ds) and it is having "4521 negative pressure control deviation" - notlauf?
I have also used flight record function and on the plots it is clear that rail pressure and intake pressure is dropping then.

I want to understand the problem from the map view. I am a begginer in WinOLS.

I have readed ECU with mpps (but the file was encrypted, so I have used decryption tool). The problem is that I cannot recognize maps (I am to weak at it).

Can anybody check it for me? Maybe I am asking for a lot, is it possible for someone to mark the maps and explain the problem to me?

In the future I would like to turn off the EGR. (I have cleaned intake, and after 15000km it is dirty again).
It is not making a sense to me in puting exhaust gasses with particles straight to intake bypassing air filter.

So again please check the map, if its correct.
And further instructions about EGR would be really apriciated.
