I'm just beginning to learn how all this ecu stuff work but I've already messed with some maps.
I notice an improvement in the car's response and no visible problems.
I'm just afraid i'm running to lean and hurt the engine since there's no smoke.
Can you please help me just by pointing me any errors I might be doing?

Bad file.

Lambda, SOI and Rail maps are missing.

Injection Duration map is tuned in classic idiotic way - making the injection time longer then it needs to be. You are throwing fuel in the exhaust.

Boost maps are over tuned. Turbocharger will be stressed. Lucky for the turbo you did not found boost limier map and SVBL - so the may boost is lower then requested.

Diesel engines are meant to run lean.

Hi RPM Freak - I am trying to remap 6/2008 320d 177HP however the software i am using doesnt allow full access to the map. What is the max boost possible on standard turbo and injectors. im currently running a mid range map ~430NM however I cant list boost beyond standard 22.4psi it just comes on earlier. can the standard turbo hold 32-35psi ?
