BMW Z4 3.0 with Siemens MS45 wich tool do I need

Hey,
i have an BMW Z4 3.0 from 2003 with a Siemens MS45, wich tool can I use to read the bin file from the ecu?
I do have BDM100 but I think it doesn't work?
