Did you do the remap yourself?
I was working on golf PG150 maps as well in WinOLS , but didn't know that I can't save changes to bin file with demo verion :(
Based on your log - you should not drive your car.
You are getting loads of overboost - your actual boost should not go higher than 2650mbars for remapped version. Factory map limits it at 2500mbars. Your turbo max safe boost would be 2700, but even that would be on egde of giving hard time for your turbo.
If you get 3000 mbars - your actuator or N75 are not working properly or simply your turbo has sticky vanes.
If VCDS shows you 3000mbars - which wouldn't be catastrophic - in reality you might be getting a lot more , cause 3000 is limited by MAP sensor which from factory is able to read only up to 3 bars. So that's why you should not be driving your car if you do not want to kill your turbo!
What I would recommend you to do is put back stock maps and run tests again with VCDS to see if your turbo is working ok and that it is not problem in actual remapping.
Your N75 duty cycle is way too much as well - under normal circumstances at full boost it should not go higher than 80% yours is way over 90% which suggests that your turbo vanes are sticky and you need to clean turbo and it's not good idea to do remap unless you have done full investigation on your car.
