Cannot Open Tuning File Extension ".std"

Postby shane1ton » Sun Apr 20, 2014 9:00 am

Hello,

Does anyone have experience with a ".std" file extension on an ecu file? I can't open it in TunerPro or with anything else that I can think of. I opened it in Microsoft Notepad and it's definitely not binary or hex. I recently got a chunk of online ecu tuning files including ".ORI", ".101" and ".STD". My lame J-Body vehicular interests include this is the filename:

Pontiac Sunfire '98 Aut. 2.4L4 cil.150 hp.16228016 CKPX-(6CF.std

Doing an extension search for .std yielded that certain drawing software and disk protection used that extension. Not much discussion about it though!

Any help/thoughts would be appreciated! I've included a snippet of what's inside the file at the end of this message. Also, here's a OneDrive link to the actual file, for those of you who might like to mess with it! http://1drv.ms/1faK4QT

Regards,

Shane

Sorry, I did not understand your problem. Try to rename your file to xxxxxx.bin
Check with a new name.
