Car slower when warm after tune

Postby walshy1 » Thu Feb 22, 2018 9:57 pm

Hello everybody I have a 1.9 JTDM/MULTIJET 150 times to about 190hp, EGR off and straight through exhaust, the car pulls great through the rev range but when the temperature hits 90 it doesn't pull as good and it feels like its cutting injection duration or SOI and feels slower, so I'm thinking maybe there is a limiter that reduces injection or boost when the car is warm. If possible can somebody make a suggestion to what it is? It seemed to happen after I changed my turbo and there is a lot of lag under 2krpm I have adjusted VNT before but used the actuator rod this time and there is no overboost. So I'm really stuck and can't tell if it's map related or mechanical I'm thinking there a a limiter in the map I got

Thanks for looking

yes your ecu has 2 iq limiters by temp
one limiter iq by coolant temp and another llimiter iq by fuel temp

Just to update, there wasn't acutally a loss of power the clutch forks are losing tensile strength when warm causing to slip the clutch so now I'll get a better clutch
