Chip Octavia III

Hello everyone on the forum.
I have a question chipoval have someone Skoda Octavia III 1.6 CR? If so can you tell how Flasher? Reportedly there is not the same ECU as the Octavia II.

If its the same as the vw passat, iI believe its the siemens ppd 2.1

Ocatvia iii have edc17cp64, there is posible to read and write via ODB ! - CMD Flash
