Citroen C3 Picasso 1.6HDI - Can remap be done by OBD? or does it need to be done on the bench?

Yes without problem by obd if your ecu is an edc16c34, for the ecd17 it must be done on bench. (MPPS / Kess)
Wait at least 3 min. After programming before starting the engine.
