Your tuned file is few +5% on few maps and +40% on main load limiter (picture attached).
The funniest of all the maps is boost wastegate controller map where the tuner limits the map at 108% (picture attached). This shows that the tuner worked only in % without knowing what he was changing and how that change affects the engine. Lucky he did not know how to find and tune few other wastegate maps so the ECU can still run in the factory specified borders.

This tuner or want to be tuner made a lot of mistakes.

My opinion is that this is one of the worst tunes ever so do not copy paste his mistake in your file.

There are a lot of people here on the forum that can help you regarding your tune but you must make an effort for yourself.
