Damage eeprom chip

I have problem.I have physical damage eeprom chip 93c66 and I can not read the data from him.Is there any chance of getting out the data? Someone wanted to turn it off immo,but he physically damaged the eeprom one foot. It's a Fiat Punto eeprom

Post photo of damage, maybe enough of the pins to read

Are you trying to read as Rotated Pins?
