Delphi-How to convert *.ULP file to hex or damos with *.a2l

Hi,

I have two files - *.a2l and *.ulp for needed mappack / damos to my project car ( dacia ).
However i cannot open *.ulp file in winols and add *.a2l with maps to it.
Does anyone want how to do it ? How can i convert this *.ulp file to *.hex to import it with *.a2l ?

Renault Delphi dcm1.2
