do i have the right stuff

im new to all this but was looking for some help, i have a kwp2000 plus and a few different softwares like winols (demo), ecuedit and more but was wanting to know if there is much more i need to tune and remap my ecu on my audi a4 thanks in advance for any replies all are appreciated
