Double ECU on one car

Hey, i have project to do. Friend has idea to make double ECU on one wiring loom. The car is facelift Audi A4 b5 1.9TDI Quattro. We already have 230hp but now we want to take more. What would we like to do is to have two ECU in car at the same time and turn ECU's by switch. Does somebody make that or have any advice?

Can be done with one ecu and two flash, switch ....
