E90 320d 163hp Already tuned but need LC and popcorn

Dear forum members,

I am new to ECU tuning. I can't seem to figure out how I can add launch control and popcorn to my 2005 E90 320d EDC16C35.

My car is already Stage 3 tuned, it has a gt2056v turbo. 237hp on the dyno.

Can someone add launch control @2500 RPM
And popcorn at @4600RPM

I can pay :D
