ECM titanium

Hi guys, can anyone point me in the direction on learning how to use ECM titanium to tune map, currently I use a file service from aanother company, but eventually I would like to be able to tune my own maps. So can anyone offer any advice on how to use ECM titanium correctly to carry out a tune?
