Ecu replacing from Peugeot 307 2.0 HDI to Xsara Picaso HDI

Postby overs0ull » Sat Jun 14, 2014 2:46 pm

Hi all , i have one car Xsara Picaso 2.0 HDI edc15c2 90 h.p with ecu problem - i want to put ecu from Peugeot 307 2.0 HDI 110h.p edc15c2 3 plugs on the Xsara Picaso 2.0 HDI 90 h.p edc15c2 3 plug- are it possible ?
I will reflash the peugeot 110h.p ecu with the ori file from Xsara Picaso ecu witch is 90 h.p , with immo off in the flash , and can i replace the eeprom 5p08 (95080) from the xsara ecu to puegeot ecu and are this will working to start the engine ,or need to remove the immo in the both 5p80 eeproms and will work without replaceing the eeproms.
I want to make this cause we found only this ecu on good price from peugeot and the hardware is the same only the software and eeprom 5p80 , i have the both ori file and eeprom from the xsara ecu ,and need to remove immo cause the car don't have any keys witch to be programed .
Thanks to all .
Regards.

Sorry if this is not the right place to post the thread

Compare hardware numbers of both ECUs. If they are the same, swapping might work.

I swapped EDC15C3 (Laguna II 1.9 dCi 74 kW 2002) with another one with the same HW number without immo off, just flashing original firmware with MPPS v12.
