Hello folks,
im just tryint to get more into the EDC16 tunning, i am aware of tunning EDC15 and MSA15, so i think good ground knowledge is available.
I started with my friend*s 2.0 TDI AZV (same as BKD) 100kw,
Initial was turbo, 2.5b target, 2.55 limit, SVBL i let stock, then i modded smoke limiter with 75mg collum (1230 X value is present), then i extrapolated IQ to NM 2 collums moved, last collum extrapolated to 465nm (dont know if i extrapolated correctly, but just easy calculation used via excel - i mean extrapolation is correct, but dont know if this IQ to NM is used as normal extrapolation without any calculations), duration 0 moved last collum and instead of last collum extrapolated to 75mg, i performed this same way for all duration blocks (0-4) duration 5 i let stock, according to SOI selector, for 31°C, 75 °C and 90°C is selection for SOI 7, so therefore i changed SOI 7,8,9 (dont know if that 8,9 SOI is active) . Any advice, is it active? I modded this SOI by modifying X axis to 75mg and adding 2°. SOI limiter i added +0,5° with highest value of SOI7,8,9. So therefore it is 28,51°. For torque limiter, i added 460, but i dont know if its correctly - i tried to somehow get values from IQ to NM chart, with some expectations due to rpms in 75mg b, i think not, i need to do some logs and change it according to logs, or what do you advise me to do? How to change TL? Lambda maps i let stock. Also driver wish i let stock.
I also added SVRL for 4400rpm, as a "popcorn" hardcut. EGR is also OFF via hysteresis...

Could please anyone give me a helping hand to improve this?

Second update:
i read a bit around forums, and i observed that DW has a mistake, it should be increased at least to 460Nm on 100% pedal request, also TL i changed a bit, now it should be a bit improved.
