EDC16 Boost control N75 Duty cycle

I can't understand what values need change to work turbo boost from 1600~1700 RPM not from 2200~2300 RPM
Because as i can see its have 90% on low revs and its decreasing as revs increases.

After some research i am guessing that need decrease % for selection in photo to launch turbine faster.

Me guess of decresion is:

1 Line Horizontal in selection = 2%
All other lines in selecftion = 4%

I think that changing these values with specified % decreases will be much safer then i posted below.

First Line Horizontal in selection = -2.2%
All other lines in selection = -4%


After edit N75 MAP looks like this

If you have muffled EGR, I would recommend lowering it in the range from 0 to 20 ml.gr. Smoothly, from low revs to high revs. for 2000 rpm decrease by -1500 ...- 2000 conventional units

So should i keep me changes then select all values and decrease little bit because EGR is off ?

Do i understood you right ?

Does this will make me turbo start from lower rpm ?

And i have EGR, DPF off should i change any more values i heard that need to decrease all values in this map after egr is off is it true or no ?
