I need a help please. I m not sure about SOI map location. Could you check it please guys ?

I think that one can be but Im not sure

And how can I make it unlimited or removed ???

I mean SOI LIMITER not SOI map sorry for writing...

Your SOI limiters are right after the SOI map's
$1D6E2C 10X16
$1D6F6C 10X16
Before that you have 5 16x16 SOI MAPS
