How do you make a proper popcorn rev limiter with EDC16C39

I have already tried with Torque Limiter @4500 X-Nm ,4501 0- Nm but this is very slow and does not do the popping sounds.

Its seems that this is achievable on youtube videos with Astra which also has the z19dth engine.
