edc16u1 No Cruise control, gearbox swa

Hello.
I have VW CADDY 2005 2.0SDI (ECU edc16u1 03G906016HN)
After gearbox change, I have no working cruise control in 5th adn 6th gear. I read somewhere, need to remap gearbox ratios in ECU. Could You help with this? I found some 1x6 map, like, gear ratios, but there are greater numbers. Maybe I need to use some factor? damos?
