I made some online tool for EDC firmwares :)
Now it's only VAG EDC16 - EDC16U1, EDC16U31 and EDC16U34.
Im future it wiil be more VAG and maybe other's makes.

It can search maps for power tuning + EGR and DPF. DTC maybe in future.
It search map types:
-Driver Wish
-Torque Limiter
-EGR
-IQ Nm Conversion
-IQ Limit by MAF
-IQ LImit by MAP
-Injection Durations
-Start of Injections
-Lambda
-N75
-Turbo Boost
-Turbo Limiter
-SVBL
-Selectors ...
- Virtual Maps * - maps without axes with them. Axes are in other address or from other maps. Its for some Driver wish and SOI

Parser search maps by sizes and values, so it can do mistakes with setting type of the map. It was tested with may firmwares, but its not 100% ok.

I have add power chart - calculating with some factor's created by engine's characteristik. It has not 100% reliability too :)

And there is "Map checker" - calulations of main parameter's. It checks IQ from TL and IQNMConversion, search for Durations by selected map.
Also is "InjectionDuration Dynamic" - calulated by selected SOI, Durarion selector and Injection Durations. It take correct duration map
i different rpms.
It also calculates End of Injection - EOI.
Afterr selecting Turbo map and engine size, it calculate airflow and AFR :)

I used calulations like this so i tried to implements it.

It's not 100% safe tool, so user must know how to use it. And i dont take responsibility for wrong uasge and errors.
It dont calculate check sums!

Now account registration is off, in few days I will enable it.
I need some time to correct any inaccuracies that may appear after the tool is made public for You :)



I would like to develop my hobby related to Chip Tuning and unfortunately the edition will be a paid option in some time.
Chip tuning tools are very expensive...
After a new user registers, he will probably have the free edition of firmware for a while.

I don't want to bore you anymore, you can test and report irregularities, bugs and suggested fixes.
Preferably via the contact form on the website, and also here on the forum :)

It gives You free edit for 3 months, managing projects with versions and other things :)
I will see what will be after free period :)

Very solid app, its awesome how u release it free.
But for next update its would be nice to see DTC maps.

I'm not sure what price will be, it depends on situation. But I think it wil be not expensive :)

I have add a Parser for EDC16C9 and EDC16C39 :)

It's in tests, so editing is now disabled. It need more tests, but on many series firmwares work ok :)
A lot of maps are added, so enjoy :)
Tested on a lot of Opel, Fiat, Lancia Alfa Romeo, Saab and even some of Chevrolet.

DPF is hard on this type of ecu, so there is no DPF disabling. Gotta see it turn off :]

So test and report if incorrect working :)

I have add a Parser for EDC16CP and EDC16CP34. It's VAG 2.7, 3.0 and 4.2 TDI engines :)

Now it's without EDC16C4 - A8 4.0 TDI - maybe later :)

I'm not sure about IQ unit - mg or mm3 ?!?

I set all to mg, because calculations looks for this, but I'm not sure for Injection Duration CR and Rail Pressure and Rail Limiter maps.
What do You say ??

And I didn't do DPF, because I thinks it's not only one switch (32767 32768 256) ??
And without EGR hysteresis.

So test and report if incorrect working :)

Quick note to say I've been using this quite a lot over the weekend. As a tuning newbie I found it fantastically easy to use and to understand what it was telling me. No doubt something like WinOLS is great if you already have Damos or similar for the ECU, but I have just a few ECU flash files that I'm trying to get a basic understanding of. This gave me that :clap: :thumbup: .

I extended free edition license do edit VAG R4 engines for 2 months for all users :)


Also lately I have corrected searching for EDC16U1, EDCU31, EDC16U34.

Better EGR + EGR Hysteresis search, some MAF and MAP limiters, SVBL, SOI Limiter and Virtual Start of Injection and Virtual Drivers Wish. Better search when is more map packs in one firmware :)

And added Torque limiter selection at Chart - when is more firmware inside (ex EDC16CP)

Soon I will enable better search for hard tuned maps for EDC16U1, EDCU31, EDC16U34.

And I think I will do some file comparer and option to add moded file to version of project :)
