I have a Willem Programmer and its very good and not expensive but it does not program all IC's.I have also an Xprog Programmer that covers a lot more IC's and that is also good.At the moment I am very well satisfied with both.

I use every day the programmer.
Usully for the EEPROM protected the Xprog is very good, the support is entry 24h.
Another tool is UPA very good and cheep, but is not have the unprotected option, so you need to add the script.

For the Flash I use ELNEC.
