EGR and DPF solution for Kia 2.0CRDi

Postby safe-chip » Tue Dec 24, 2013 6:49 pm

Any of you have a valid DPF and EGR solution for Kia Sportage 2.0CRDi 140HP EDC16 C39?
I tried some locations but always returns (After test drive):
-P2002 - Diesel Particulate Filter Efficiency Below Threshold
-P0401 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Insufficient Detected

For EGR off you need to find 4x hysteresis (25x1)
Fill hysteresis maps with 0
EGR should be closed from now

for DPF off i would first force an regen then find all maps thats needed to be turned off
Thats alot of switches and maps thats need to be maped out to avoid any dash errors or regens

Functional EGR solution is 5 x hysteresis map but no 25x1 ;). DPF switch works with DTC off. Tested 2h drive with logging.

I think those first 2 are the injected quantity limiter and the torque limiter..... as is defined in ecm titanium.
