EGR off in VW Touareg 2.5 EDC 16 U1

Hello friends, I have this car in my workshop. Is a VW Touareg 2.5 TDI (174Cv) year 2005 with ECU Bosch EDC 16U1 with number: 0281 011 258.
I want to learn how to remover EGR and swith off for always.

Please can someone help me.
