EGR throttle off when EGR is off ?

Hi ,

Can someone tell me: when ecu is egr off with hysteris etc, does egr throttle still works through rpm range ? Because as i know, egr throttle is closing maybe 50% to allow better egr work. Do we need to alter that map for egr throttle or ?

With egr hysteresis egr completely off
