F30 320D ED AUTO stage 1 with egr off and DTC P0101 off

I believe it has same turbo and injectors as the non ed (184bhp variant) I'd like similar power to those that get stage 1 so around 215-230 with almost 500nm. If anyone can sort this out for me I'd be very thankful.

I turned off your EGR and error P0101, stage 1 will have to be done by someone else.
