Fan problem AUDI TT 2.0 TFSI 211cp HELP!

Hello.. I have a problem with an audi TT 2013 2.0 tfsi CESA 211cp engine,
whenever I turn ingnition on the fans start to turn like crazy
even the car is cold and even with the engine on, after I turn ignition
off after like 1 minute they stop.I have changed all the water bulbs the one from
engine and the one from radiator, changed the big fan wich has the
fan module built in, checked the external temp sensor and the presure
sensor from AC.When I read the values I see that fan request value is 10%
from ECU and 0% from AC unit but the fans spin at maximum speed both of them.
No error on ECU.The car has a Race software from DIMSPORT,but the problem apeared
after 4 months of using the car with this soft.
So I dont know what to do next and where can the problem come from??Sweating
Maybe the ECU has a problem?

did you change the temp sensor with in lower part radiator?

yes it is changed...A strange thing happened today..i have change the water pump because it was leaking..after a short trip the fan was the same it keep going...but after a while i started the car again to move it and MAGIC the fans where ok they didnt start and everything back to normal...started it a few the times and everything good...dont know seems like TWILIGHT ZONE
