I recently did a project on school where i changed the original 10mm pump to a 12mm, now i have a GT1749VB and 0.260 nozzles on the way, i have a free dyno to my use to fine tune the car. Do you guys recommend anything on how much mg i can use with these nozzle/pump/turbo setup? and how much would you guys think i can get out of the 1.9tdi?

Hello, i' am is an another newbie in the forum.
But your configuration is imperfect. You have big pump, big nozzles, but the turbo is small (for me) .
This configuration have big smoke and relative little performance.
In my opinion wrote the original values first, and modified up little steps.
(+Equip it with a camshaft sdi)

Those nozzles are fine, 190hp sould be possible, but get PD150 intake and anoter intercooler (without plastic housing)
And you should change MAP (boost over 1,5bar) and maybe MAF for some more air

But you will need completly new pump voltage tune with those nozzles (:
