The tuning it's ok man, nothing to worry. Dont tune first time start of injection, only duration.

Thanks for looking mate.
I have one question about SOI and Duration.
If in .ori file we have 28 degrees duration and 26 degrees SOI for same IQ and RMP that means we inject fuel to 2 ATDC. In that case is proper to make SOI to 28? Is good to inject all the fuel BTDC right?

not looked at file

if you increase duration then add a little soi, not too much as cylinder pressures go upwards. lots to learn about soi and its effects.
for simple stage 1 not needed to adjust.

DW can be touched to improve pedal response and driveability

The injection process can continue ATDC, is not a problem, this depends by the medium inside the cylinder. There are some conditions..more boost, => can inject earlier. Hot days = hotter charger air = doesnt need advance, because fuel will explode too early and will push cylinder back down. More SOI needs a bigger intercooler for cold air, thats the rule, cold air = need advance, hot air need retard because autocombustion is quicker. Another rule , lean mixture = need retarded, rich mixture needs advance.
The ideal conditions as i know from several researches is that injection to end(end of injection), to maximum 4-6 ATDC. Well you end it to 2ATDC is still ok, but if you move it earlier then maybe could be too advanced. Try little steps, add 1 degree to duration and 1 degree to SOI lets say and test. This must happen when you increase fuel more than 20 25%..you dont need to do that for middle load area or maybe just 10% more fuel.
Everything depends by ignition delay..one thing is injection TIME, and COMBUSTION time..diesel doesnt burn instantly like kerosen, thats why must be injected Before. As i read in kerosen/hidrogen cases, all fuel can be injected at 0 degrees TDC because it burns instantly. Ignition delay depends again by air intake temperature, cetane of diesel, boost.

Hi mate,
Once again:
DW(both) are modified(bad), no doubt,look here:
DW-CORDOBA.jpg

Mod file is bad,I do not mean to offend you, you must know the truth,I give you one example,Torque Limiter map, very bad modified.
TL-Cordoba.jpg

user juice says"The tuning it's ok man, nothing to worry"-mistake, you will remain under the impression that it must be modified a file, and for sure that is wrong way mate.
