Ford Focus 1.8 tdci 115 Delphi

Hi,
i am new in this and i need advice and suggestions on my tune.
Ford Focus 1.8 tdci Delphi ecu, egr closed, straight pipe and hibrid gt1749.
This map is just my atempt, i didnt flash it in car.
