Had anyone else experienced wrong data at FoCom?

It says 1,284 V at 99 kPa and 2,446 V at 184 kPa.

It should be 1,664 and 3,25 V according to WinOLS and 1,51 V and 3,21 V according to comercially available sensor data.

Maybe I am missing something, will measure manually.

Hi ZOK. My friend has mondeo mk3 like you. With ori air filter maf max 136g/s. If we put pipercroos result 139g/s. Now we tested KN i57 kit and only 132g/s :(

Hi,

that's normal. induction kits rarely do any good - in most cases perormance is decreased because of higher IAT. ;)

My advice - do not try it. Your hardware is different.

This is one of my old test files, it won't do any good - except of black clouds and massive amount of torque, much more than DMF can handle in a long term.

Launch control does problems at quick gearshifting.

Driver's wish made much, much too aggresive, which results in app. 20-30% worse economy because of unwanted and unneeded brutal accelerations and wheelspin. Hard to drive confortably.

Single value rail pressure limiter still not found - limited to 1600 bar.

After uploading those files on several sites, I learned that it is not the best idea. Now I edit my car in silence - it's better for everybody. :D

Better download your own file and decompile it. Read, watch and learn!

I have a very similar ecu, delphi mpc555 with the 488kb file read through galetto (obd port not bench)
Some people have suggested that flashing new file through the obd port is a bad move, due to the injector codes being lost, have you ever had any issues with this or did you bench flash it?
Also i am looking at doing a basic boost to top end power, keeping I.Q. below 70mg/s until 2800rpm. What did you find with regards to smoke levels at 80mg @ 4000rpm? I am not looking to push the envelope as it is 160k miles old lol
I did notice that you found issues with increasing the total I.Q. due to a myriad of limiters. When you did data logging, was the requested I.Q. that which was actually injected and being restricted by limiters, or the quantity specified by the 2d torque limiting maps and 3d in gear maps?

The vehicle is standard set up currently, with the electronic actuation VNT. I am not going to touch the N75 calibration maps, but could max boost hold unil 4000rpm by just adjusting the boost target maps, i have never worked with any other than N75 valve maps.

Thanks in advance
