Galletto 1260 Software for Simos 10.22

Hello,
i bought a Galletto 1260 ECU flashing cable and wanted to know if i can use it on a Seat Leon 1p 1.2tsi 2011 (Simos 10.22).
And my second question is, is there any software i can use to diagnose my car, like "Car Diagnostic Center 2016"?

Cant recommend to play at simos ecus with clone tools.

I made a mistake. I have got a Simos 10.13a. I read in another forum that i can only flash this ECU when i wire it up directly. Do you know where I can find which Pins i need, like i picture of a Pin-Out?
